A 55-year-old man is due to appear at Great Yarmouth Magistrates’ Court this morning, (Monday, September 17), charged with breach of a dispersal order.
Krzystof Godek, of Nelson Road Central, allegedly returned to an area he had been told to leave under the order.
He was given the order to leave the area on August 6 but is charged with failing to comply with this and returning on the same day - knowingly disobeying a direction to disperse and leave the area.
