Wymondham Baptist Church, in Queen Street, will be holding the collection tomorrow between 10am and 4pm.

It will then work with the charity Tools With a Mission to refurbish the items collected to a high standard.

“If we at WBC can turn our Norfolk spring cleaning into a fresh start for someone far away, then it’s something we’ll do again and again,” said Paul Smith, the church’s minister.

Collectors will take items of carpentry, building, electrical and plumbing, engineering, electric power tools, sewing machines and laptops, as well as text books and other items.
