Woman taken to hospital after suffering ‘self-inflicted’ injuries in Hellesdon

A woman was taken to hospital after sustaining “self-inflicted” injuries at home in Hellesdon yesterday.
Police were called to a property on Meadow Way at around 3.30pm after receiving reports of a dispute between a man and a woman.
On attending, they discovered “the female had sustained self-inflicted injuries”, a police spokesman said.
The woman was treated by paramedics at the scene, and taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. Officers are not looking for anyone else in connection the incident.
