Vandals have targeted a child’s grave in Norwich Cemetery, smashing a concrete memorial.

The child’s mother was visiting the grave last Thursday when she found the broken memorial, and saw that flowers and turf had been strewn around.

Police believe the damage took place sometime between Thursday, May 1 and Thursday, June 19.

Anyone with information should call PC Richard Walker at Norfolk Constabulary on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
