Mike Bush has stepped down as a town councillor at Aylsham Town Council.

Broadland District Council has confirmed that there has not been a request for a by-election and the town council can therefore fill the vacancy by co-option.

The application deadline is September 6 and candidates will be considered at the town council meeting on September 13.
