Passengers are facing delays on the Norwich to London train line due to signalling problems.
There have been delays of up to 50 minutes on the route between Norwich and the capital since this afternoon.
Train operator Great Anglia has said this is due to signalling problems at Ilford caused by a cut cable.
The route is also being affected by signalling problems between Stowmarket and Diss and this is causing delays of up to 15 minutes.
Greater Anglia has apologised for the disruption to journeys.

Why all the fuss, it is promised that by 2030 the journey time will be reduced by 12 -15 minutes ,isn't that right?

And there's me thinking the MPs had sorted this by having a serious meeting with the railway chappies. Does this mean you cant believe everything MPs say? Oh the shock, the horror.

Anyone using this 'service' on a Sunday needs their head examined. Delays are a weekend speciality. Replacement buses too, usually. But then, ticket prices are usually lower to recognise the lower level of service and inconvenience caused... What - they charge the same as for a normal service? Surely some mistake??
