Emergency services were called to the A47 Brundall roundabout after a car ended up in a ditch.
Fire crews from Sprowston, Carrow and Acle were called following initial reports of an overturned car at Blofield.
Police have now confirmed a Nissan Note and a HGV were involved in a collision on the Norwich side of the Brundall roundabout just after 10.20am. Police and paramedics also attended.
A spokesman for the East of England Ambulance Service said no one was injured. A spokesman for Norfolk police said the two elderly occupants of the car were “fine” but shocked.
First Bus warned passengers to expect some disruption to the Green line as a result of the incident.
