General Lord Richard Dannatt is joined by Bryony Falkus, a governor and chairman at City College in Norwich, 2006/07 High Sheriff of Norfolk Nigel Savory, magistrate Holly Rawkins, Melinda Raker, who has lived and farmed in Norfolk for 40 years, and 2010/11 High Sheriff Charles Barratt.

Norfolk now has 39 deputy lieutenants and they are available to represent the Lord-Lieutenant Richard Jewson at important events.

He said: “These new deputy lieutenants have all shown a strong commitment to the county and its people. I am sure our new deputies will carry out their duties with equal distinction.”
