The Duchess of Cornwall and the Prince of Wales enjoyed some traditional entertainment during a visit to an Essex pub – throwing darts decorated with the unmistakable Canary motif of Norwich City Football Club.
The couple mingled with the locals at The Bell in Purleigh, although their mode of transport was beyond the means of most regulars at the country pub, as they arrived in style by royal helicopter.
During their visit yesterday, Prince Charles pulled a pint for Camilla before the couple headed for the dartboard.
There, the duchess played with darts whose yellow and green flights clearly indicated a Canaries fan has made a home in this part of Essex.
