Tampered railings on Ber Street in Norwich damage car

A driver hit a metal bar which was left obstructing the road at Ber Street in Norwich after someone tampered with railings at a pedestrian crossing.
Police say the criminal damage took place on Sunday August 12 between 11.35pm and 11.40pm.
The driver of a passing car did not see bar and struck it, damaging a headlamp.
