Dozens of student hockey players from Norfolk and Suffolk have been accredited as young leaders in the sport.
Sixty students from the Hewett Academy and Jane Austen in College, both in Norwich, Cromer Academy and East Point Academy, in Lowestoft, took part in the England Hockey Leadership Award scheme in July.
It was led by Hewett Academy teacher and England Hockey Level 3 coach Mary Cheesman.
Youngsters spent an intensive day on the academy's astro-pitch, developing leadership, coaching, umpiring and team management skills.
They have received a certificate from England Hockey and will now support their peers in lessons and tournaments across the trust.
Mrs Cheesman said: 'Congratulations to all our young leaders who worked hard to achieve their awards.
'They are looking forward to sharing their passion and enthusiasm for hockey with their fellow students.'
