Send us your pictures of beautiful Norfolk - and they could go on display on city’s big screen
08:57 04 June 2014
Your photos of our beloved county graced an exhibition, the inside of The Forum and page after page of our paper - but now you have the chance to be showcased on a big screen.
This time last year hundreds of you took part in our campaign to encapsulate everything that we love about Norfolk.
As part of our successful Norfolk Is... series, we urged you to send us in pictures, words and videos showing the county in all its glory.
The best were then turned into an exhibition at The Forum, Norwich, with a public vote to decide your favourite.
Meanwhile, last winter scores of your seasonal photos made up the Christmas video exhibition at The Fusion.
Now we want you to send in your latest pictures - for them to be displayed on the big screen set to appear outside The Forum.
You can either send your pictures through Twitter, using the hashtag #Norfolkis at iwitness24.co.uk, or via email to email@example.com for the chance to have your photo displayed.
Jayne Evans, marketing manager at The Forum, said: “Norfolk is a photographer’s paradise, whatever the time of year.
“Speaking as an amateur snapper myself, I know how delighted I would be to see one of my photos displayed in public on the Open Air Screen here at The Forum.
“That’s the great thing about the Open Air Screen... we’re mixing locally made films with World Cup football and Wimbledon. Only at The Forum!”
The Open Air Screen outside The Forum is showing live sport, films and other great stuff for five weeks during June and July.
The winner of our Summer competition was Kate Royall’s photo of a sunset over Cromer Pier.
Whether you have shots of the Norfolk countryside, of your favourite hidden gem or of the wildlife in our county, we want to know what it means to you.
Deadline for submissions is June 10.
