I want to complain about this content:

I remember the winter of 1978-79. Our school was closed for several days and, as I understand it, so were most of the schools in Norfolk. Nobody wants the schools to close (except the kids) but if staff, who often live a long distance away, can't get in what choice do headteachers have?
