I want to complain about this content:

I went down the city this dinner time , by bus . Knowing that Theatre Street is on a hill , I caught my bus back from Castle Meadow instead .... the north side was just ice underfoot , nothing had been done to the pavement . This is the main bus interchange for Norwich - absolute disgrace .
