The last time Norwich was hit by a blizzard on the same scale was in 2004? What blizzard? Don't use such a gross exageration to justify this lame response. Lack of resourcing is the key. Some NCC bod was bragging on Look East last night that gritters had been out 4-5 times on the roads since the weekend. What tosh. If only there was some way the RAF Coltishall site can be used to keep the roads clear. Get your thinking caps on!
