Yesterday just after midday it snowed for 2 hours in Norwich very heavily. http:www.youtube.comwatch?v=EnAbTekvWeA It was pretty obvious that driving was going to be difficult, so what did everyone do??? Got into their cars.... the result was a forgone conclusion.
