The great Norwich traffic dog's breakfast doesn't help! road closures,road humps and particularly the closure of castle meadow to through traffic meant in slippery conditions small inclines could not be climbed. Meanwhile on the railways our Mickey mouse train system seizes up at the fall of the first snowflake,our third world little county can't really cope with a few inches of snow!
