On another matter is anyone else disturbed by this weeks announcement that NCC have miraculously found an extra £8M to put towards such things as services for vulnerable people and young people amongst other things. I seem to remember clearly that they have previously cut all of these as part of their 'Big Conversation' This now seems like blatant electioneering. People of Norfolk wake up!!!
