I want to complain about this content:

No Dickens, this man doesn't deserve a break. It's his (and others) actions on many fronts that have been bringing NCC into disrepute. I'll add, I'm not an anti-incinerator supporter. It's just that the burden of their decisions will be borne by the honest Council Tax payers of the county for a considerable time to come.
