I want to complain about this content:

We were delayed on our journey to Norwich by over 1 hour - and we didn't even go through the census as we had a meeting at County Hall to attend! We are all paid by the hour so we all lost one hour's pay, and I know I used more fuel than I should have (along with all the other road users) - so thanks to NCC the environment has been riddled with unnecessary pollution - well done NCC. Why am I penalised for something out of my control and that had no positive impact on the survey...
