Norfolk County Council have a complaints procedure that means they have to reply individually to each complaint they receive. If everyone who got stopped logged a complaint on their website they will think twice before doing stupid things the next time - Remember in 2013 you have the chance to vote out the people at NCC who sanction such stupidity.
