I want to complain about this content:

Yes we got stuck in that jam - 40 minutes late for our appointment. I'm sure there must be a better way to gather the information than use a dual carriageway at the busiest time of the day and to combine that with the run up to Christmas when extra people are shopping - sheer madness. if there had been some prior warning maybe people wouldnt have been taken by surprise and could have chosen a different route
