Mr Howe should be publicly congratulated for showing such a commendable neighbourly attitude even though he has been financially disadvantaged himself. BT , you are a disgrace and should be wholly ashamed of yourselves. I do hope the Lady and her husband fully recover from this unfortunate occurence.
