I want to complain about this content:

I was an hour and a half late for work this morning and missed an appointment which has already been reschedualed once when 3 attendees were stuck in a cenus in the city. NCC need to be made accountable for their actions, like many have said, with todays technology surely there must be a better way to collate information. Total waste of time and money. Happy with yourself Mr Birchall?
