I want to complain about this content:

"there must be better ways of doing these things..." With roadside cameras and numberplate recognition, the authorities should be able to target the "regular" users of the A47, and send the survey card to the registered address for the vehicle. The uptake for completing and returning the card can't be any worse than randomly selecting motorists by the side of the road.
