The council goes from absurd to insane in the latest actions to take place. What a destructive and infuriating way to gather data let alone the financial cost to business across Norwich and peoples excess spend on fuel in the tailbacks. The council should be ashamed of themselves for what seems to be another badly thought out episode in the saga of council. Plain ignorance.
