I want to complain about this content:
I have just checked the NCC website. There is no Temporary Traffic Order published for this morning's debacle. I trust NCCNorfolk Police will be prosecuting for obstructing the highway? I for one will be suing NCC for the time spent in the traffic jam.
Is it me?
