I want to complain about this content:

All the local transport jobsworths seem to be capable of is disruption for the motorist. After the debacle through Mouseholds Gurney Rd., which seems only to have narrowed & become littered with obstacles , we have the thoughtless & selfish closure of some of the few roads still open in the city. I've had to cancel attendence of an early evening event today so a few people can watch electricity flow through lightbulbs.
