I want to complain about this content:

I would like to know the name of the cretin who thought having a cenus on the A47 at rush hour was a good idea. A quite staggering decision and I was amazed there were no accidents. Do these idiots actually know that most of us have to get to work at a certain time. However, the most important thing is road safety, so perhaps they will engage their brains before they think about doing this again. Rant over!!
