Ryburgh electorate is around 500. 47 voted by 6.45pm approx 9.4% turnout so far. Lots of chatter on-line across the country and in Ryburgh about spoiling votes for a variety of reasons. Will be interesting to note if there is any increase in spoilt papers. How would this translate to a general election? Could a significant increase in spoilt papers affect a result?
