dancer 7 got in spot on. Private rental companies will jump in there and line there own pockets if the site was covered in housing. Then again the Greens might be lining up a multi million pound factory on Hall Road making solar panels and wind turbines. I wish they would stick to Polar Bears and the Amazon Rainforest...
