Fire crews from Great Yarmouth and Martham were called to a home in Scratby Road, Scratby, shortly after 8pm last night.

Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus cut away part of the structure to reach the blaze and carry out the rescue. They put out the fire using hose reel jets and stopped it spreading.
