Police in Norwich are urging people living in the Golden Triangle area to keep their gates and vehicles locked following a number of thefts there.
A bicycle was stolen from a property in Grosvenor Road between 10pm on Tuesday, May 13, and 4.30pm on Wednesday, May 14. An unknown number of offenders gained entry to the property via a communal hallway.
In a second incident, a bicycle was stolen from outside property in Belvoir Street between 7pm on Wednesday, May 14, and 8.30am on Thursday, May 15.
Between 8pm on Wednesday, May 14, and 2pm on Thursday, May 15, a sat nav was stolen from the glove box of an unlocked car parked in Gloucester Street.
And another bicycle was stolen from an unlocked shed in Hanover Road sometime between 10.30pm on Wednesday, May 14, and 10am on Thursday, May 15.
PC Adam Thomas Smith said: “I would urge residents to ensure they keep their gates, homes and vehicles secure at all times and not become a victim to opportunistic thieves.
“I am also keen to hear from anyone who may have seen any suspicious behaviour in the area.”
