Police in Lowestoft have released a photograph of a man they would like to speak to following the theft of a distinctive red and cream coloured wooden toy car from outside a shop in Norwich Road on Tuesday, December 4.
It is thought the man may have information about the theft and whereabouts of the stolen toy car and officers are asking him or anyone who knows who he is to contact the Lowestoft North Safer Neighbourhood Team on 101.
