Police have appealed for witnesses who saw a car crash which killed a young Sprowston man.
Sam O’Leary, who was in his early 20s, died at the scene of the crash, which police said happened at about 11.05pm on Friday when the silver Renault Clio was travelling along the A1151 Wroxham Road in Sprowston.
It left the road, rolled onto its roof and came to rest at the side of the road.
Two passengers, a man and a woman, also in their early 20s, were taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital with minor injuries.
The road was closed until 4am on Saturday, March 29, between the Mousehold Lane/Chartwell Road roundabout and Russell Avenue following the crash, while collision investigation work was carried out and the vehicle recovered.
Anyone who saw the collision or the manner of driving of the vehicle prior to the incident is asked to contact the Serious Collision Investigation Team on 101.
