Swanton Morley parish Council organised a fun day and party with an emphasis on children in the village.

Specially made jubilee coins were given to every child of primary school age, with one side depicting the diamond jubilee emblem and the other side showing the Swanton Morley village sign.

There were various competitions for youngsters and the celebrations are due to conclude with the lighting of a jubilee beacon at 10.30pm.
