Post offices in and around Norwich have started to sell gold medal stamps in honour of Great Britain’s Paralympic Games champions.

It is the first time ever any host country has issued gold medal stamps for its Paralympic winners since the movement was founded in 1948.

The stamps are on sale at post offices including the Castle Mall, Earlham House, Eaton, Colman Road, Fiveways, Upper Stafford Avenue in Costessey, Larkman Lane, Bowthorpe, Fifers Lane, Wroxham Road in Sprowston, Costessey, Taverham, Drayton, Barnham Broom and Hingham. They cost £1.20 for a sheet of two first class stamps.
