Open gardens at Bird in Hand in Blofield Heath raise over £3,600 for community centre and church

The open garden held at Blofield Heath’s former Bird In Hand inn proved very successful last month, raising over £3,600.
The open gardens event was held at the Mill Road venue on Sunday, June 10 and also included a garden plant sale, with perennials, annuals, shrubs and other varieties all on offer.
The funds raised have been split between Heathlands Community Centre, in Woodbastwick Road, and Hemblington Church.
