OPEN Cafe in Norwich is hosting a vegan supper club and cooking demonstration in celebration of National Vegetarian Week.
From 7pm to 10pm on May 17 OPEN's in-house chef Andrew Baker will join forces with plant-based recipe developer Sara Matthews to offer a two-course vegan dinner with a focus on bringing together those beginning their vegetarian journey, meat-reducers and the veggie-curious in celebration of vegetarian food.
Andrew Baker, head of catering at OPEN said; 'As members of Proudly Norfolk, we pride ourselves on using key ingredients from Norfolk to promote local produce and educate young people on the importance of buying local.'
Included in the menu will be butternut squash and sweet potato tagine and chocolate brownie with coconut salted caramel.
