Norwich transport boss denies charges against himself and his company

The owner of a Norwich road haulage and transport company has denied a host of charges against his company and himself.
Brian Moon, of Proctor Road, Sprowston, appeared at Norwich Magistrates Court today as director of Twinkle Transport Ltd, based in Vulcan Road South.
The 59-year-old denied two charges against himself; one of intending to deceive by possessing a document resembling an operators licence and another of using a goods vehicle with no operators licence, both in Jupiter Road, Norwich, on Saturday, February 25 of this year.
Moon, representing himself, then pleaded not guilty to 13 similar charges on behalf of the company, including the first two charges again.
The case was adjourned until Thursday, November 1, when Moon will return to magistrates court for a pre-trial review.
