A woman whose friend died in an accident on the A47 ran the London Marathon to raise money for the air ambulance which helped save the life of another pal who was involved in the crash.
Tiffany Laskey, from Norwich, ran the race with her cousin Aaron English and the pair finished with a time of five hours and eight minutes.
Mrs Laskey, who works for Virgin Money as a digital content editor, has raised more than £800 and a scheme with her employer means an extra £500 will be added to her final tally.
She said: “I wanted to raise money for the East Anglian Air Ambulance, because a few years ago two of my friends were involved in an accident on the A47.
“Sadly one of them died, but, because of the air ambulance, one of them survived.
“It is an invaluable emergency service we can’t afford to lose.”
