Kyle Guerrero, of Rosebay Close in Old Catton, was found in the road by police at around 1.30am on Friday, February 8, after he had fallen off his Piaggio moped in Mousehold Lane.

Lisa Britton, prosecuting, said the 20-year-old was breathalysed and found to have 72 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over double the drink-drive limit.

Guerrero, representing himself at Norwich Magistrates Court this morning, was also ordered to pay £85 costs by district judge Peter Veits.
