Norwich businessman denies arson on Aylsham Bathroom and Kitchen Centre

A businessman has denied setting fire to his premises and a caravan in a bid to make a fraudulent insurance claim.

Justin Hindry, 40, of Manor Farm Close, Drayton, appeared before Norwich Crown Court yesterday where he denied fraud by false representation on June 27 at Aylsham, as well as carrying out the arson attack on the premises of Aylsham Bathroom and Kitchen Centre, also on June 27.

He also denied an arson charge at Great Yarmouth, where a caravan known as Breakwater 38 at Haven Seashore Holiday Park was targeted.

He also pleaded not guilty to a second fraud charge involving an insurance claim between November 14, 2012, and January 17.

His case has been adjourned till July 7.
