A well-known horticulture scheme is to be given a fresh look this year.
Norwich City Council is rebranding the Norwich in Bloom scheme to become Blooms For Norwich, with a new logo created.
The image includes the Crocosmia, a flower bred at Earlham Park in the early 1900s.
The rebrand will be launched at the Royal Norfolk Show today, in the horticultural area.
Terry Bane, horticultural funding officer for Norwich City Council, spent his early career working at Earlham Park and Nursery growing varieties of the flower on borders and nursery fields.
He said: 'When I do finally fully retire I am so pleased my passion for horticulture and Crocosmia will remain around Norwich with the new Blooms for Norwich signage on roundabouts and at basket displays.'
The Friends of Norwich in Bloom are keeping their original logo.
