Staff at the Museum of the Broads at Stalham are asking people to preserve posters, programmes, photos and other items associated with the Queen’s 60 years on the throne so they can be archived for future exhibitions.

The museum is only establishment of its kind dedicated to the history of the Broads and is run by a charitable trust by 64 volunteers, from Easter until the end of October.

Donated items will be carefully stored and aim to to give future generations a glimpse of how Broadland villages and town marked the unique celebration from June 2 - 4.

● Anyone who can donate items after the weekend can send or bring them to the museum in Stalham Staithe. Photos and other images can also be emailed to info@museumofthebroads.org.uk
