Travis Barber appeared at Great Yarmouth Magistrates Court on January 31 and was handled the order after he came to police attention for a number of drunk and disorderly type offences.

He has now been banned from bars and public houses within an area stretching from Estcourt Road in the north, to Kings Road in the south, to King Street in the west of the town.

He is also prohibited from having an open container of alcohol within this same area.

The conditions will remain in place until January 31, 2016.

The ban comes as police in Great Yarmouth police continue to work with other agencies as part of the Community Alcohol Partnership (CAP) to reduce crime and anti-social behaviour linked to alcohol abuse.
