A lorry driver killed when his HGV overturned in Scotland was from Lowestoft, say police.
Scottish police have named Robert Dellow, 54, as the driver who died when his lorry overturned on the A801 in Bathgate, West Lothian, just after 8am on Thursday.
He was believed to have worked for Neil Bomford Haulage, based in Harleston.
His lorry hit two cars and he was pronounced dead at the scene. Four other people were injured in the crash and taken to hospital, and the road closed for eight hours as investigations took place.
Winds of up to 142mph battered Scotland on Thursday morning, before the storms hit the Norfolk coast on Thursday evening, leading to widespread flooding and the worst tidal surge for 60 years.
