An inquest has opened into the death of a cyclist who was involved in a crash on Aylsham Road.
Ian Mooney, of Coldershaw Road, Norwich, died at Addenbooke's Hospital in Cambridge on April 5 - two days after the incident.
Opening the inquest in Norwich on Monday, senior coroner Jacqueline Lake said the 31-year-old had worked as a cleaner.
She said: 'On April 3, Mr Mooney was cycling along Aylsham Road [in Norwich] when he was involved in a collision.
'He was taken to Addenbrooke's Hospital where he died.'
The medical cause of death was given as traumatic and hypoxic-ischemic brain injury as a result of a road traffic accident.
Police arrested a man in his 30s on suspicion of drink driving, drug driving and dangerous driving following the crash.
He was released under investigation.
The inquest was adjourned for a review on July 13.
