Norwich HEART’s Digital Heritage Project will be screening short films between 10am and 4pm at Fusion at the Forum.

They include Bon Voyage, a compilation of films of East Anglia and Upper Normandy dating from the 1920s to the 1960s, and Our Sporting Lives, a nostalgic look at some of the sporting events in East Anglia caught on camera between 1908 and 1968.

My Generation focuses on the post-war evolution of teenagers and the youth subcultures that emerged, from the Teddy Boys to the Punks, including footage of Mods v Rockers clashes in Norfolk seaside resorts.

The latter two films have been produced as part of HEART’s Reel Heritage initiative to use archive film in education.
