A schoolboy has raised hundreds of pounds for a hospital appeal after selling DVDs from a talent contest.
Perry Cooke, 12, from Thorpe End, won the Norwich School Got Talent in 2013 and pledged to generate funds for the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital's Targeted Radiotherapy Appeal.
Perry decided to help the appeal following the death from cancer of his grandfather Kenny Cooke and raised £530 for the hospital appeal by selling his music videos.
Debbie Cooke, Perry's mother, said: 'We are so proud of Perry and with the amount he has raised to support such a wonderful cause.
'We really want the hospital charity to reach its target for the appeal.'
Louise Cooke, fundraising manager at the N&N, added: 'It is lovely to see that whatever age you are and whatever talent you have, you can do something to make a difference for local cancer patients.'
